Mr. Pranav Pathak is a corporate lawyer and associate member of the ICSI with experience in the industry and consulting firms of over 5 years in the field of secretarial, corporate governance, legal, accounting, transaction and regulatory advisory services. He has also worked as company secretary in diverse industries such as manufacturing, power, healthcare, entertainment and water sector.

Mr. Pranav Pathak has joined Zeromile Consultants Pvt Ltd as associate consultant since November 2020. Currently, he is also practicing as Practicing Company Secretary in Mumbai.
