Mr. Ravikumar is a fellow member of the ICSI with over 30 years’ experience in industry and consulting practice in the field of legal, secretarial, corporate governance, IPR, transaction and regulatory advisory services. He has worked as company secretary and head of legal in diverse industries such as manufacturing, software, telecom, entertainment, road and water sector for various listed and unlisted companies.

He was also the co-founder of a corporate advisory firm “Lexcorp” during 2002 – 2008 with two partners and about twenty associates consisting of chartered accountants, company secretaries and lawyers.

He has joined Zeromile Consultants Pvt Ltd as principal consultant since November 2020. He specializes in legal, secretarial, corporate governance, transaction & regulatory advisory. Currently, he is also practicing as Practicing Company Secretary in Mumbai.
