Mr. Atul Matkar is a practicing Advocate and an associate member of the ICSI with over 20 years of experience in corporates in the field of legal, compliance, secretarial and IPR. He has also completed banking compliance professional certification from IIBF and D.B.M. from IMPS.

 

He has worked as Head of Legal in diverse industries such as NBFC (Micro-Finance), Payment Industry, BFSI, Power, ITES, Pharma and E-surveillance industry. He has handled about 200 litigations in Ingram Micro and acted as Compliance Officer in Reliance Payment Solutions/FINO (NBFC).

 

He was also instrumental in private equity from foreign investors and handled mergers & acquisitions. He specializes in regulatory compliance and advisory to non-banking financial companies and payment banks.
